Payment & Cancellations:
Prevalent Training Program Policies

Our policies regarding payment for class registration and cancellations are listed here. If you have any questions about this information, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Payment Options and Registrations

We require complete payment in order to process attendee registration. Each attendee's spot in a class will not be reserved until we receive both a signed registration application form and payment for the full amount of the tuition per attendee listed on the form.

Option #1: Payment may be made by check payable to "Prevalent Software Inc." Please write the name(s) of the attendee(s) on the check. Mail your payment to:

Prevalent Software Inc.
Training Registration
7222 Commerce Center Drive, Suite 104
Colorado Springs, CO 80919

Option #2: Payment may also be made online by credit card. Click on the course's "Buy Now" button located on this site's class schedule page. You can only purchase one course for one attendee at a time.

Attendee Cancellation and Substitution Policy

If, for whatever reason, a registered attendee must cancel, we ask that we be given notification no later than two weeks prior to the start of the course in which the person was scheduled to attend. Notifications received after that time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the published price of the course. Depending on whichever option you prefer, we can then reschedule for a later date, substitute an alternative person to take the certification training in the original attendee's place, or refund the tuition paid based on when notification was received. For alternate substitutions, we ask that you notify us at least three days prior to the start date of the course.

Our Class Cancellation Policy

Prevalent reserves the right to cancel scheduled training classes based on insufficient student registration. If a class must be canceled, we will do so no later that two weeks prior to the start date of the course. All attendees currently registered for that course will be immediately notified and arrangements will be made to reschedule or issue a refund.
