What's New in Quillix
The Quillix document and data capture suite has been updated with new features and functionality. Please read below for a brief
overview of these enhancements.
Workflow-Enabled Document and Data Capture
- Two-stage processing structure ( batch and document-level)
- Quillix Server may process three different types
of work cases: unindexed image collections (batches);
indexed collections (documents) or batches containing
both unindexed images and documents
- Administrators can create work queues and assign
end users authorization to access those queues from
the Quillix Web thin client applications
- Quillix Server automatically assembles documents
based on common indexing fields, then processes documents
individually
Improved System and Capture Workflow
Administration
- Graphically configure the capture workflow using
a process map builder
- Manage Quillix Web users conveniently
- Set custom workflow status values for work cases
