Automated Workflow Relationships

QueryLink is a 32-bit plug-in for Acorde™ that provides consistent and automatic linked relationships between workflow packages and Acorde documents within the Acorde environment. It does this by adding automated searches to new documents as they enter the workflow, allowing users to easily locate related workflow packages and documents based on the previously defined query.

This streamlining of an otherwise tedious manual process reduces the risk of misfiling or omitting documents and increases the overall productivity of the workflow.

How QueryLink Works

QueryLink makes automated queries available at specific points in the Acorde worflow. This allows administrators to set up QueryLink according to how the user(s) will make use of it. When a query is run, QueryLink automatically employs the Acorde search tools to locate all the appropriate packages that may exist in the workflow.
